Emotional eating is usually triggered by stress, anger, fear, sadness and loneliness.
If you are going through a period of wanting to eat emotionally I would suggest taking other gateways to relieve your emotional stress, examples like taking a hot bath or even putting on some comfortable clothes. If you are going to emotional eat, just snack healthier! You could try gluten free desserts, healthy alternatives for certain ingredients so that way it’s eating healthy instead of “bad”. Emotional eating is also caused by boredom as well so TRY to fight it!!
