Hope to see some of you all for support group today, our topics are "Friends, Family, and WLS" and "Post-Op Intimacy"
As some of you may know we are going to be at the Anchorage Spring Fling for Women and Health & Wellness Expo on the 21st and 22nd of this month but we are also participating in the Heart Run on the 21st before the expo starts!
This will be the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association's 40th Annual Alaska Heart Run and will be at the UAA Alaska Airlines Center (3550 Providence Drive; Anchorage, AK 99508). Check in will begin at 7:30am and the timed runners will start at 9:30am and the untimed runners and walkers will start at 10:00am.
