Meal planning......ugh! It's one of those things you know would be so beneficial for SO many reasons, yet I cringe. But I will be on a life changing journey making many changes. My relationship with food will definitely be one of them, and meal planning is a part of that. When you don't plan, that's when you fall prey to convenient foods which are not nutritious, or health, and is loaded with sugars and calories.... meal planning it is!
